People & Culture Manager Sydney CBD, $130,000 - $135,000 + Super Flex working 3 days in the office Your new companyThis is a unique opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation based in Sydney CBD.

The salary for the role is up to 135k plus super with flexible work arrangements 3 days in the office and two days working from home.
Your new role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will take ownership of the People & Culture function in a standalone capacity initially, with the opportunity to build out the team in the near future.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing end-to-end HR generalist support across strategic and operational functions
- Leading and supporting changes across the business and managing complex employment relations matters
- Overseeing the implementation and optimisation of HR systems (ELMO)
- Partnering closely with leaders to drive engagement, performance, and culture
- Supporting initiatives that strengthen diversity, inclusion, and reconciliation efforts
- Building scalable HR processes and frameworks to support future growth
- Demonstrated HR generalist experience in both strategic and hands-on capacities
- Experience managing ER/IR matters and organisational change
- Exposure to or involvement in reconciliation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with HRIS implementation
- Ability to work autonomously and establish a strong HR function
- Salary of $130,000 - $135,000 + super
