Reos Partners
Company Overview
Reos Partners is a global management consultancy firm which specializes in helping people move forward together on their most important and intractable issues. We design, facilitate, and guide processes that enable teams of stakeholders—even those who don’t understand or agree with or trust one another—to make progress on their toughest challenges. Our approach is systemic, collaborative, and creative.
We partner with governments, corporations, and civil society organizations on challenges such as education, health, food, energy, environment, development, justice, security, and peace. Our work is pragmatic, professional, and tailored to the needs of the specific situation.
We help diverse teams make breakthroughs on their most important issues—and so we strive to be a team where a multiplicity of ideas, perspectives, and experiences can come together. We want to attract remarkable people who are diverse in terms of race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, nationality, culture, religion, and abilities.
Company History
In May of 2007, 9 people from 5 countries came together in Pringle Bay, South Africa to launch Reos Partners, a creative, non-hierarchical global organization dedicated to transforming social realities and solving complex social problems. Today, Reos Partners is a leading global consulting organization devoted to designing and facilitating systemic breakthroughs in social systems. We have a track record of making real progress on some of the world’s most complex challenges, with a portfolio of projects in education, health, food, energy, environment, justice, security, and peace. Our partners include major foundations, multilateral organizations, governments, corporations, and non-governmental organizations.
Reos’ organizational model is a network model that places a high value on diversity, freedom, non-hierarchy, and decentralization, balanced by community and shared purpose. In 2017, we collectively embraced an ambition of 10x increase in impact over 10 years. This ambition requires us to build effective teams, tools, and systems, and to attract team members who have the interest and potential to work together over the long term and to engage in multi-year system interventions. Today, we are on 5 continents (North America, South America, Australia, Africa, and Europe) working across sectors with business, government, and civil society organizations to solve their toughest social problems.
