The HR and Planning Specialist interprets and implements HR policies, practices and programs in support of the organization and the workforce, conducts the talent acquisition effort for all exempt and non-exempt positions, conducts onboarding and new hire orientation, and assists assigned client group on all performance management activities, including assisting in the training of managers on the performance review process and the use of the system.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree is required as well as 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
Must be PHR/SHRM-CP and Loyalist Facilitator certified as well as have two years’ experience with HR systems.
