Purpose: The H2A Program Manager will be responsible for management, oversite and full success of all activities of our FLSP Grant and H2A Program. This position must be able to maintain high attention to detail while staying on task and be able to effectively communicate both written and verbally. This role must be able to demonstrate proficiencies in the following deliverables:
Execution:
Coordinate and facilitate initial meetings with recruiting agency and our HR team, regarding expansion of and method for meeting goals of H2A offerings to the targeted areas. Design and implement tracking and reporting methods for full grant implementation and timelines, with monthly progress reports provided to management – all areas of the grant goals (recruitment, policy making, housing activities, worker conditions, etc) Participate in and finalize Policy Development Goals Organize and facilitate, in conjunction with our USDA partners, all required research and reporting activities as required through the USDA sessions. Work directly with USDA and its partners to design, implement, and present Know Your Rights and Resources, with training presented to new workers during new employee orientation and onboarding meetings Completion of FLSP interim reports as required Coordinate meetings with SESO recruiting partners for strategic planning to expand H2A Visa opportunities to the targeted areas. Track hires from target area to reach goal of 10 H2A Workers or 15% of our new Visas. Weekly audits of Retool Housing Data and Folio Management Process Attend training and update calls with SESO, H2A agents, continuing education providers etc. to stay current on upcoming regulation changes related to the H2A Visa Program Coordinate all activities related to Permanent Resident Process with partner law firm and provide support and feedback to Team Members during the process Maintain updated H2A review tracker to include all activities related to H2A hiring through arrival into Hartley Texas Participate in all activities related to the H2A contract application and approval process including but not limited to Housing Inspections, Filing of Domestic Recruiting, Travel Reimbursement Tracking, Recruitment, Terminations in SESO system, etc Organize travel of H2A applicants to Visa appointments, travel to Hartley location via bus or plane. Communication of travel details to Operations, HR and Housing Team Other activities as required
Requirements
1 to 2 years’ experience with Grants, Applications or Execution of Funding 1 to 2 years’ experience with H2A Visas Process Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel Positive attitude that embraces vision, mission, and beliefs of the Company Strong organization skills and attention to detail Previous Supervisory Experience Ability to communicate with Leadership Team to relay details timely Human Resources Experience
