Do you prefer data analysis and have high proficiency in Excel?   Then come work for us!   Employers Resource Association is a growing, fast-paced not-for-profit providing a wide variety of HR Consulting services across Southwest and Central Ohio and Northern Kentucky.

900 members strong, we have been providing our members with a single source of HR advice, training, compensation data, legal updates, news and information since 1946.   Our goal is to keep HR Managers and their member companies current, compliant and competent while saving time and money.
