Requirements:
Bachelor degree with major in HR or related field, Master's degree is an advantage.
15++ years of experience in HR
Experience in Project Site, especially in Oil & Gas or Construction
willing to be placed on site and follow the company's roster schedule
Able to present and communicate, both in bahasa and english for business purpose.
Key Accountabilities:
Effectively lead and inspire a high performing team operating across different geographies and sectors with different client and technical requirements.
Monitor and measure HR performance in order to promote HR/people management throughout LAIO.
Understands and comply with safety procedures.
