Summary
The Human Resources Operation Manager is a key leadership role that is responsible for ensuring innovative, efficient, and accurate delivery of Human Resources services to Ahtna and its family of companies. The Human Resources Operations Manager leads a Recruitment, Business Partner and Compensation team that directly works with senior leadership in a shared service model. As part of the HR Leadership team, the HR Ops Manager will partner with other HR managers to set the strategic direction of the HR department to promote client operations and satisfaction.
The salary range for this position is $111,481-$139,351/year.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts or Science in human resource management or related degree.
Experience may be substituted for education on a 1:1 basis.
A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in human resources management.
Must have proven experience with human resources functions associated with an organization with multiple office sites.
Knowledge of principals and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
Knowledge of business and management principals involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, and agency rules as they relate to Human Resources. Including but not limited to: ACA, ADA, EEOC, Davis Bacon Act, FLSA, FMLA, OFCCP, Service Contract Act, Title VII, USERRA and worker’s compensation.
Demonstrated computer skills, with advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Data Base applications, and Human Resource Information Systems software.
Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with employees and management teams.
Demonstrated contribution to innovation of the creation of policies and procedures that facilitate best practice management applications.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate several activities at once, quickly analyze and resolve specific problems, and cope with deadlines effectively.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands.
