Our Client is seeking a Substitute Teacher in Union County, NJ. Other opportuities in surrounding areas also available.

HOURS
* School hours: Monday - Friday
* Shifts vary and are flexible

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Assume the responsibility of maintaining a classroom environment conducive to effective learning
* Meet with administration or appropriate office personnel to obtain accurate daily plans and schedules for assigned class(es)
* Maintain the established routines and procedures of the school and classroom
* Comprehend and implement provided lesson plans
* Assist in upholding and enforcing school rules, administrative regulations, and School Board policy contracts

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Ability to motivate and encourage students to reach their full potential
* Willingness to work per-diem
* Minimum of an Associates' degree
* Must posses or obtain New Jersey Substitute Teaching Certification
* Must possess or quickly acquire NJ Department of Education Fingerprints
* Proficient in maintaining efficient classroom management skills
* Ability to provide effective and efficient instructions in the absence of the regular teacher
