This role will add extra strength to the HR team. You will work a shift with cross over with the People & Culture Manager.

Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, in this newly created role you will

Take responsibility for managing the employee lifecycle (i.e. onboarding and compliance)

Ensure ongoing compliance with reporting requirements in relation to visa programs

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience

Proactively manage employees across, absenteeism, welfare and disciplinary action as required

Manage and implement the Return to Work and Workers Compensation program in compliance with procedures and guidance

Liaise and support the Operations production team in employee concerns and management

Monitor and implement applicable Policies, Procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with both internal processes and legislation

Monitor and implement accommodation processes.

Work with and maintain a strong relationship with the senior leadership team
