Melbourne CBD | Immediate Start | Temporary, 6 months | Upwards of $150K + Super Your new company and your new roleBased in Melbourne's CBD, this organisation is seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide interim support across the business. The role will oversee a broad range of day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, complaints handling, investigations, and performance management. In addition, the HR Manager will partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and drive people-focused outcomes. They will be required to lead a geographically dispersed team across Australia, and work closely with internal stakeholders up to the General Manager level.

What you'll need to succeed

• A strong HR generalist background with strengths across EAs, IR and Fair Work Matters.

• Comfortable working across both blue- and white-collar environments, with proven adaptability and rapport-building in diverse settings.

• A proven ability to manage dispersed teams, with experience managing across multiple states and legislation.

• A hands-on, adaptable attitude who can jump in and action any related tasks.

• Solid people leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• A risk-aware, process-driven approach with strong case management and investigations experience.
