Your new role

• Collaborate with management and supervisors to understand company policies and foster a positive, productive work environment
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and international standards, while monitoring working conditions and proposing sustainable solutions
• Promote employee health and well-being through preventive measures, access to industrial physicians, and optimized fringe benefits
• Manage staffing and labor operations across international offices, including immigration support, payroll accuracy, and employee record maintenance

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of labour management experience
• Strong knowledge in HR operations such as payroll, benefits, HR legal obligations, etc
• Native level in Japanese, business level in English
