Overview
The HR Analyst will provide comprehensive support to site-level HR operations across the full employee lifecycle as well as administrative and project support to the Talent Development Leader. This includes a strong focus on new hire onboarding, employee experience and managing relationships with temporary/contractor staffing agencies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-savvy, and passionate about employee experience and development.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Support
- Assist with employee data updates, transfers, and offboarding documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in HRIS and ensure data integrity.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR communications.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support job posting processes and applicant tracking system (ATS) updates.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- As needed represent the company at community event, university/colleges, and career fairs.
- Manage the site internship program with development activities, such as training, mentorship, and networking events.
Temporary Staffing Support
- Serve as the primary liaison with temp staffing agencies to manage requisitions, candidate submissions, and onboarding.
- Track temp assignments, extensions, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with agency contracts and internal policies.
Talent Development Support
- Coordinate logistics for leadership development, onboarding, and other learning programs.
- Track program participation, feedback, and outcomes; assist in continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain program documentation and support communication efforts (e.g., newsletters, intranet updates).
- Assist with budget tracking, vendor coordination, and invoice processing.
Data & Reporting
- Analyze and report on HR and talent development metrics (e.g., turnover, training participation, onboarding satisfaction).
- Create dashboards and visualizations to support leadership decision-making.
- Assist in survey design, distribution, and analysis.
Qualifications
Position Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Associate degree or equivalent years of experience (at least 2 yrs of experience in addition to the minimum years of experience below)
- Minimum of 13 years of experience in HR, with exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
- Experience supporting projects and managing administrative tasks in a corporate environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and LMS platforms (e.g., Workday, ICM's; others).
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience with temp agency coordination or vendor management.
- Exposure to adult learning principles or instructional design.
- Certification in HR or project management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, PMP) is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau),

Occasional travel for program support or team meetings. (Up to 10%)
