JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM IN FARGO! We have the following Full Time positions open:

1) FORKLIFT OPERATOR: Load outgoing products including structural steel, plate steel, rebar & misc. metals using a variety of company forklifts on to flatbeds & trucks; unload incoming material from flatbeds using a variety of forklifts; move steel & rebar on site; equipment inspection & maintenance; yard maintenance; other duties as assigned. Be familiar with variety of forklifts, overhead cranes, shipping equipment, hand & power tools.

Must be able to safely & efficiencly operate a variety of forklifts; have past forklift experience; able to tolerate varying weather conditions & be able to lift 50 lbs. frequently.

Hours are M-F, 8am-4:30PM. Overtime as required. Wages: $23-$24/hr. DOE. Benefits include company funded 401k at a rate of $2.25/hour, BC/BS health insurance, life & disability insurance, paid vacation & paid holidays.

2) LEAD STEEL DETAILER: Candidate will run large steel detailing projects with minimal guidance & leading projects with multiple detailers working on them. This is an excellent opporunity for a highly skilled professional looking to take on a leadership role in the steel industry.

Responsibilities:
* Drafting steel details using AutoCAD, Tekla, and/or SDS2
* Manage and run large detailing projects indepenently
* Lead and coordinate projects with multiple detailers
* Ensure all projects details meet company standards & specifications.
* Maintain strong client relations and provide excellent customer service
* Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications:
* Profiencey in SDS2, Tekla, &/or AudoCAD
* Expert knowledge of steel building construction & detailing
* 5 years of steel detailing experience
* Knowledge of AISC standards & building codes

Hours are Mon.-Fri., 8AM-4:30PM. Wages DOE. Benefits include Blue Cross/Blue Shield health ins., life ins., 401k plan with company match, profit sharing ESOP & more!

3) SHIPPING DEPARTMENT FOREMAN: Candidate will be responsible for overseeing department safety and operation, supervising personnel, loading & unloading steel & rebar, will be responsible for fleet & vehicle maintenance, DOT & OSHA compliance, and yard & dept. maintenance.

Must have steel shipping & supervisory experience. OT available. Wages depend on experience. Benefits that include: Blue Cross/Blue Shield health ins., life ins., 401k plan with company match, profit sharing ESOP, and boot allowance. Wages depend on experience.
