Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Supervise daily F&B operations, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Team Development: Train, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold Hyatt's service standards
• Guest Experience: Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and warmth
• Quality Assurance: Monitor food and beverage presentation, taste, and consistency
• Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols
• Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, reduce waste, and coordinate with vendors
• Event Support: Assist with special events, seasonal promotions, and private functions

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Prior serving or bartending experience as is a plus
• Fundamental knowledge of food and beverage operations and proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
• TABC and Texas Food Handler's Certification is required
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
