Description

My client, a reputable local bank, seeks for an experienced manager to work closely with Chief of Staff. Dedicated to streamline service delivery and operational support driving operational efficiency through automating reporting, optimizing workflows and implementing efficiency initiatives across Banking Operations.

He or she is responsible for driving operational excellence through process improvement, change management, data management and operational governance of operational guidelines, SOPs and technical training materials.

Requirements:

1. Preferred from Banking or Financial Service industry with at least 5 years of management or related experience
2. Experienced in driving changes (challenging of status quo), with strong stakeholders' management and communication skillsets
3. Detail oriented, well-organized and able to work independently
4. Data analytics skillset is an advantage
5. Good spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
6. Candidate with less experience shall be considered Deputy Manager.
