Description
Our clients are seeking Direct Care Worker to provide support in the Mesa areaup to $20/ hour plus a $100 contract signing incentive and other bonus opportunities!CLIENT'S SUMMARY OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Ensure the highest quality of client safety and care
* Assist clients in performing activities of daily living
* Support the individual's medical management
* Provide teaching and support of individual treatment plans
* Maintain thorough documentation of teaching programs, activities and incident reports
* Client negotiable Temp-to-Perm
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION FOR BEHAVIOR HEALTH TECHNICIAN (BHT)
* Minimum of one (1) year experience in behavioral health
* Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
* Driver's License
